It’s been a little while since my last email or blog post. To be honest, I was overwhelmed and trying to manage life with chronic stress. As the sole provider and caregiver for my household of three, I felt obligated to keep doing all the things and it became too much. I didn’t have a nervous breakdown because I was fortunate enough to have a therapist who helped me realize that I needed to pause some things.
